10-15-26   THOUGHTS

“In the beginning was the WORD...CHRIST”  (John 1:1) then first hand testimony, then the miracles age when God validated the WORDS OF THE SPIRIT!  THIS WAS GOD’S WILL AND DOING!  Our attention is demanded!  The “how will we escape...” is comparative, and powerful!  It’s a “GREAT SALVATION!”  It’s our eternal salvation!    The word “NEGLECT” is imperative!  Neglect is not an option.  To neglect is to reject!  Eph 1:7   In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace

Heb 2:1-4    For this reason we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away from it.  2  For if the word spoken through angels proved unalterable, and every transgression and disobedience received a just penalty,  3  how will we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? After it was at the first spoken through the Lord, it was confirmed to us by those who heard, 4  God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders and by various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His own will.

Our Prayer:
Thank You Father God,  for Your word that guides us to You.  For witness, and testimony according to Your  will, we are brought to this “Great Salvation” that is in Christ Jesus.  May we abide there forever, O God.  Thank You for grace and mercy and love brought down from heaven in the form of Your dear son Jesus.  We pray in Him...  Amen.
